Allen F. Miller

Allen F. Miller, 68, of Huff’s Church Road, Alburtis (District Twp., Berks County), died Sunday, May 28, 2006, in Lehigh Valley Hospital In-Patient Hospice Unit, 17th & Chew Streets, Allentown. He was the husband of Darlene F. (Guinther) Miller, they were married November 14, 1964.

Born in District Twp., Berks County, PA, he was the son of the late Albert F. and the late Florence I. (Kline) Miller. He was a boiler assembler for 43 years at the former Boyertown Foundry, now Kingsley Group, Boyertown. He was a US Army Veteran of the Viet Nam War. He was a member of New Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Fleetwood (Rockland Twp.).

He is survived by Wife, Daughter, Toni L. Miller, at home; Sons, Brian K. Miller, at home, Justin J. Miller, at home; Foster Daughter, Clarice (Mohry) Danenhower, Allentown; Brothers, Wayne Miller, Fogelsville, Lehigh County, Richard Miller, Emmaus, Lehigh County, Harry Miller, Alburtis, Lehigh County, Russell Miller, Alburtis, Lehigh County; Sisters, Edna (Miller) Weil, Boyertown, Gladys (Miller) Mest, Boyertown; 1 Granddaughter, 1 Foster Grandson, 1 Foster Great Granddaughter. He was predeceased by Sons, Allen F. Miller, Jr. who died December 20, 1964 and Robert A. Miller who died in 1976.

Funeral Services are Thursday, June 1, 2006, 2:00 PM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment with military honors in New Jerusalem Union Cemetery, Fleetwood (Rockland Twp.). Friends may call Thursday, 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
