Anna M. Adam
Anna M. Adam, 83, of N. 29th Street, Allentown and formerly of Kutztown, PA, died Wednesday, July 13, 2005, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, where she had been a patient since June 20th. She was the wife of the late Luther H. Adam who died on April 26, 1999.
Born in Maxatawny Township, Berks County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Bertha (Dietrich) Coller. She was a sewing machine operator at the former Kutztown Sportswear, Kutztown, from 1968 to 1983. She was a volunteer for Meals-on-Wheels in the Lehigh County area. She was a member of Zion Moselem Lutheran Church, Kutztown, where she was a member of the WELCA, the social ministry, the church council and a Sunday School Teacher for over 30 years.
She is survived by Sons, Carlton L. Adam, Kutztown (Maxatawny Township), Leonard R. Adam, Bridgeport, PA (Montgomery County), Mark R. Adam, Allentown; Daughter, Gloria F. (Adam) Lotte, Allentown, with whom she resided; Sister, Esther (Coller) Zimmerman, Hamburg; 4 Grandchildren, 1 Step Granddaughter.
Funeral Services are Saturday, July 16, 2005, at 10:00 AM from Zion Moselem Lutheran Church, 340 Moselem Church Road, Kutztown, 19530. Interment in the adjoining Zion Moselem Church Cemetery, Richmond Township. Friends may call Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown.
The family requests contributions to the Memorial Fund of Zion Moselem Lutheran Church, 340 Moselem Church Road, Kutztown, 19530. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
