Clyde J. Yerger
Clyde J. Yerger, 62, of Mertztown, died Saturday, July 4, 2009 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Stephany R. (Sechler) Yerger. They were married June 21, 1969.
Born in Reading, PA he was the son of the late Clyde W. Yerger and Myrtle (Boas) Yerger of Fleetwood. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a truck driver for Redner’s Markets, Maidencreek, retiring in 2004 and also an Assembler for 10 years for Mack Trucks, Macungie.
He is survived by Wife, Mother, Sons, Michael J. husband of Amy M. (Artz) Yerger, Fleetwood and Stephen L. Yerger, Friedensburg. He is also survived by a Grandson, Josua M. Yerger, and a Brother, Dana L. Yerger. He was predeceased by a Brother, Dwight R. Yerger in 1987.
Funeral Services are Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in Huff’s Church Union Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday, from 9:00 to 10:30 AM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
