Jay A. “Nick” Dreibelbis

Jay A. “Nick” Dreibelbis, 67, of Longswamp Road, Mertztown died Saturday, January 27, 2007, in his residence. He was the husband of Elsie I. (Rhoads) Wendling-Dreibelbis. They were married in 1984.

Born in Kutztown, PA, he was a son of the late Morris C. and Ola M. (Ferguson) Dreibelbis. He was a forklift operator for over 20 years at the former RedCheek, now Sunsweet, Fleetwood, until his retirement in 1997.

He is survived by Wife, Daughters, Cheryl A. Dreibelbis, Peach Bottom, PA, Chris L. (Dreibelbis) wife of Dean Reidenhour, Hamburg; Son, Nick A. husband of Cathy A. (Reichelderfer) Dreibelbis, Mohrsville; Stepdaughter, Susan J. (Wendling) wife of Franklin G. Sterner, Fleetwood; Stepsons, Franklin H. husband of Dianne L. (Reitz) Wendling, Schnecksville, Lehigh County, Robert W. Wendling, Topton; Sister, Ola I. (Dreibelbis) wife of Robert Fick, Emmaus. 5 Grandchildren, 7 Step Grandchildren, 10 Step Great Grandchildren.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
