Jean L. Kahley
Jean L. Kahley, 75, of South Herbein Drive, Topton, died Wednesday, March 21, 2007 in her residence. She was the wife of the late William F. Kahley who died on March 25, 1993.
Born in Rush Township, Schuylkill County, she was the daughter of the late Paul J. H. and Marion E. (Kerchner) Rice. She was a sewing machine operator at the former Royal Manufacturing, Alburtis, for 10 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Topton.
She is survived by Daughter, Karen M. Wert, Emmaus; Sons, William P., Gaithersburg, MD, Keith D., Reading, Bryan S., at home, Glenn J., Columbus, OH; Sister, Elizabeth “Betty Jane” (Rice) Schnell and Brother, Paul A. Rice both of Hometown; 12 Grandchildren.
Funeral Services are Monday, March 26, at 11:00 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich St., Kutztown. Interment in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood. Friends may call Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
