Marlow J. Kroninger
Marlow J. Kroninger, 70, of Florence, South Carolina and formerly of Mertztown, died Monday, June 2, 2008. He was the husband of Feryl F. (Fenstermacher) Kroninger. They were married October 1, 1960.
Born in Kutztown, PA, he was a son of the late Walter and Mary (Smith) Kroninger. He was employed for a combined 47 years at the former Caloric Corporation, Topton and Florence, SC, then for Maytag, in Florence, until his retirement in 2004. Mr. Kroninger was a 1956 graduate of Kutztown Area High School. Marlow was a life-long member of Camp Bowtop, Lycoming County, PA, and enjoyed fishing, hunting and was a Nascar Fan.
He is survived by Wife, Daughter, Pamela L. (Kroninger) wife of Jeffrey D. Strong, Albany, NY; Sisters, Marcia F. (Kroninger) wife of Sherwood Geist, and Clarabelle Kroninger, both of Kutztown.
Funeral Services are private at the convenience of the family in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown. There are no calling hours.
