Martha H. Johnson
Martha H. Johnson, age 79, of Lenhartsville PA, died Friday, October 12, 2001 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Center Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. She is the wife of James G. Johnson, Sr. The couple celebrated their 54th Wedding Anniversary this past January.
Born in Brooklyn NY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and the Edith (Boucher) Kogler. She was a Member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Kutztown PA.
She is survived by her Husband; Daughter, Geraldine A. (Johnson) wife of Earl L. Wray of Hamburg PA Sons, Thomas E. Johnson of Kempton PA, Robert C. Johnson of Lenhartsville PA and James G. Johnson, Jr. of West Islip NY; Sisters, Edith A. (Kogler), widow of William Roseberry of Washington NJ, Florence (Kogler) widow of Raymond Timson of Brooklyn NY and Mary (Kogler) widow of Fred Weigand of Brooklyn NY; and 5 Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM Tuesday, October 16, 2001 from Ludwick Funeral Homes, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Family and Friends may call 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM Monday in the Funeral Home. Interment in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Kutztown PA.
