Renee L. Sassaman
Renee L. Sassaman, 49, of N. Main Street, Bernville, PA died Monday, September 17, 2007 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill, where she had been a patient since September 4th. She was the companion of David L. Miller.
Born in Reading, PA she was the daughter of Marilyn J. (Shadler) wife of Leon E. Miller, Fleetwood, and the late Richard A. Sassaman. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Berks Heim, Reading, from 2003 last working in mid August; prior to that she worked in the same capacity at the Lutheran Home at Topton. She was a member of St. Paul’s UCC Church, Fleetwood.
She is survived by Companion, Mother and Step Father; Sons, Chad D. Millard, Jr., Lancaster, Sean M. Miller, Fleetwood; Daughters, Pauline M. Sassaman, Reading, Amber L. Foley, Reading; Brothers, Ricky M. husband of Patricia (Sollitt) Sassaman, San Antonio, Tx, Neil A. husband of Deborah A. (Henninger) Sassaman, Blandon, David M. Sassaman, Manning, SC; Sister, Susan H (Sassaman) wife of Bruce A. Fritzinger, Fleetwood; Grandchildren, Iziah Daniel-Paul Millard, Edwin Rentas, III, Joshua E. Rentas and Emiya J. Rentas and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by Son, Jeremy M. Millard in 1978 and Brother, Richard B. Sassaman in 1993.
Funeral Services are Saturday, September 22, 2007 at 11:00 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Zion Maxatawny Union Cemetery, Maxatawny. Friends may call Saturday from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
