Sarah E. Frederick
Sarah E. Frederick, 87, of Smoketown Road, Mertztown (Rockland Township), died Tuesday, February 21, 2006, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, (Salisbury Township) where she had been a patient since February 16th. She was the wife of the late J. Mark Frederick, Sr. who died on June 18, 2002.
Born in Pottstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late David C. and the late Ella (Strouse) Jones. She was a sewing machine operator at the former Collegeville Flag Company, Collegeville, for several years. She was a member of Boyertown Mennonite Church, Boyertown.
She is survived by Daughters, Rhonda A. (Frederick) Weiseman, Mertztown, Sara Jane (Frederick) Stauffer, Mertztown, Ruth E. (Frederick) Bowman, New Holland, Mary E. Frederick, Mertztown; Sons, John M. Frederick, Jr., Colorado, Daniel P. Frederick, Reading; Sisters, Margaret S. (Jones) Vance, Frederick, PA, Esther S. (Jones) Clemmer, Swenksville, Brother, D. Stanley Jones, Swenksville; 15 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services are Saturday, February 25, 2006 at 10:30 AM in the Boyertown Mennonite Church, 275 Mill Street, Boyertown. Interment in Boyertown Mennonite Cemetery, Boyertown. Friends may call Friday, February 24, 2006 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the church. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
