Stephen J. Fellin
Stephen J. Fellin, 44, of Miller Road, (Greenwich Township) Kutztown, PA, died Sunday, August 22, 2004, in his residence. He was the husband of Marci K. (Ikey) Fellin. They were married on September 30, 1995.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Stephen G. Fellin and Winifred A. (Davis) Fellin of Kutztown. He was a radiation therapist at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown, from 1995 to 2001. He was a 1990 graduate of the Community College of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, with an Associate Degree in Applied Science. He received a Certificate in Radiation Therapy from Gwynedd Mercy College, Ambler, in 1992. He was a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Kutztown.
He is survived by Wife, Mother, Daughter, Marisa K. Fellin, at home; Sister, Linda F. (Fellin) Stacy, Middletown, DE; 2 Nieces, 5 Nephews.
Funeral Services are Thursday, August 26, 2004, at 11:30 AM from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Belmont County Memorial Park, St. Clairville, OH. Friends may call Thursday from 10:00 to 11:30 AM.
